How to identify allergens and special diets requests when your order is delivered
All our food is labelled. The homemade food will have the list of allergens in the labels under the name of each product, as well as an indication to which dietary requirement is suitable for (vegetarian, vegan, halal).
There will be products we deliver that are in the original packaging from the manufacturer, those will have all allergens and ingredients listed in their packaging.
If you have requested food for special diets, we will provide you with a list of the food that is suitable for each one, either from the regular order or if we have prepared an alternative just for them. This list will be handed to you at the time of delivery by our staff, so you have the time to check it.
Food that has been requested for someone with an intolerance/allergy will be layout separate from the main order, so it is easy to identify.
We ask you to be mindful of what you order if any of your guests have a severe allergy, please avoid ordering any food which contains that allergen to ensure no cross contamination occurs after we deliver the order. Please do get in touch if unsure: catering@bath.ac.uk

Orders over 拢200 or outside of the standard delivery times (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm):
These must be placed at least five working days in advance for us to be able to confirm your order.
These orders are subject to availability.
For orders over 拢200, we are unable to confirm fulfilment unless the order has been fully authorised in Agresso before the deadline.
Orders required after the latter deadlines will be considered, but not guaranteed, Orders placed after see our terms and conditions.
Delivery times
Our usual delivery times are between 8am and 5pm on weekdays, excluding bank holidays and discretionary days.
If you want to order for an event outside of these times, you must give us five working days notice.
Out-of-hours delivery charges
We will apply a supplementary charge to orders for events which take place outside our normal delivery times. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions.
Changing or cancelling your order

Substitute items
We reserve the right to substitute any item you order. We will make sure that it is an equivalent or similar product to the one replaced. We will try to inform you before the delivery.
Receiving your order
Order delivery
We can deliver your order and set it up for you. We will deliver your order within five minutes of your preferred time.
You need to provide a table in the room for the equipment and refreshments, we are not able to leave trolleys in rooms.
In addition to your order, we will provide:
- a cloth to clean up any spillages
- a bin bag for waste
- paper bags for you to be able to away any leftover food
- a card with key information and contact details
Table clothes are provided at an extra charge.
Make sure you're at the delivery location at the scheduled time so that you can check the order and sign the Order Receipt form. If you're not there to accept the order, we will leave it in your requested delivery location.
You are responsible for the contents of the delivery, including any returnable accessories and cutlery provided. We will charge you for any items not returned, or returned at a later date. See our terms and conditions for a list of these charges.

Collecting your order
You can come and collect your order from us at 2 West. You must let us know at least 48 hours before collection. We are unable to offer the collection service for hot drinks.
Collecting catering equipment after the event
You will need to give us a collection time so the room is clear for the next person.
You can sign the Order Receipt form when we collect the items. If you are not there when we collect and are unable to sign the Order Receipt form, we will still collect the items.
